Jeg bliver nødt til at prøve en anden webshop for jeg er blevet nægtet adgang til LightInTheBox, måske fordi den er Kinesisk . Der er ingen mulighed for at svare retur på en mail der er modtaget fra LitB. Man bliver bare lukket ned.

Dear Lightinthebox,

My package was bought as a Christmas present, because it was said to be delivered in 59 days. I bought the present on the 8th of December, but after complaining on Trustpilot, I got a useless response.

Now my package is told to arrive on the 29th of December, and therefore I want my money back or my package to come before the 24th of December. I am extremely unhappy for your service and miscommunication, although I understand your time pressure in Christmastime.

Our warehouse holds a fairly high number of items in stock, but some items need to be sourced from one of our external suppliers. These items will be marked on the product page with an extra processing time, indicated just below the add-to-cart button.

Most items can be shipped in a couple of days, unless they are in high demand and the order is delayed. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service, we will follow up with the supplier, urge them to prioritize this order.
